As part of efforts in ensuring that necessary personal protective gears against Covid-19 pandemic are available for members of staff at all times; the Phytochemistry Section of NAVRC, has began mass production of alcohol based hand sanitizers for members of staff of the Centre, and other health workers. This is part of efforts the Management is making in ensuring that Members of Staff are protected while carrying out their duties at all times to help stem the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in the Centre.
NAVRC has not relented in the efforts it is making in supporting the government towards the containment of the Covid-19 pandemic since its outbreak in the country . The Centre had in recent times, launched a robust sensitization of the public on the Covid-19 pandemic. Educating the public on the need to observe the NCDC social and health protocols at all times; in order to help stem the spread of the disease in the country. This is part of the efforts the Centre is making i helping to curb the rising cases of the pandemic in the country.
